Diana Gorbei - Marketing & Branding
This is Diana, co-founder of Impact Moldova and a specialist in marketing and PR. Currently, she lives in Luxembourg, where she has transitioned into the financial sector.
Diana has been with Impact from the very beginning, even when the organization was just an idea. Her motivation for volunteering stems from her own student life, during which she benefited from two scholarships. Those experiences shaped her character and made her understand the importance of positively influencing the lives of others.
Diana is also driven by her role as a mother. She wants to set a healthy example of involvement, dedication, and gratitude for her children.
Beyond her passion for work and social projects, Diana has creative hobbies. She finds joy in playing with words, crafting rhymes and meanings, and putting them on paper in beautiful forms.
"Wings to have, wings to give" perfectly describes Diana and her constant desire to share the good with others.
Carolina Dogaru -President, Legal & Fundraising
Carolina is the person who brought Impact Moldova to life. Before becoming a lawyer in Luxembourg, she benefited from a scholarship that offered her the opportunity to continue her master's studies in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. She says that it was precisely during those moments that she realized how valuable external support is for a student. That's how she decided to create a foundation to support young people in the Republic of Moldova. Carolina shares with us a phrase that fully represents her: „I enjoy savoring life in all its aspects: the good, the bad, the difficult, the easy. I believe in balance in everything!”

Adriana Racovit - Project Management
Adriana has an impressive career spanning over 10 years in the financial-banking sector and currently works at the European Investment Bank. For the past 8 years, Luxembourg has been her home, offering her not only professional opportunities but also enriching her personal life. Adriana believes in continuous learning and development and is committed to contributing to a more educated and enlightened society.
Maria Genunchi - Communication & Grants
Maria studied economics, but being an open and communicative personality, she has always felt drawn to the dynamic world of journalism. Thus, Maria has dedicated the last 8 years to the media environment, which she considers not only a platform for informing but also for interacting with a large audience about urgent social and economic issues. She believes that in the Republic of Moldova there are a lot of talented young people who simply don’t know about the countless opportunities available for them. This is where Impact Moldova steps in, making it possible for curious and talented young people to meet cool opportunities both within the country and abroad.

Vlad is the co-founder of a tech startup, providing software & services solutions. He manages to combine his work with volunteering at Impact Moldova. Since joining our team, he has passionately taken on various responsibilities, making a significant contribution to shaping our brand identity. He made a significant contribution to the development of Impact Moldova's logo, SMM concept, and website design. His guiding motto for the past years: „You think big, you get big” - reflects his manner of viewing things from a broader perspective and setting long-term goals.
Elena Calarasan - Social Media Manager
This is Elena - volunteer Impact Moldova since this was only an idea. Elena said yes from the start and was excited to get involved and help. Why did she decide to get involved? Because the smile of a happy child is worth every effort, because there are no foreign children and because she wants to give a healthy example to her family and to the whole community through the power of her own deeds.
Livia Dombrovschi - Copywriter
Meet Livia, volunteer Impact Moldova. She is passionate about world economy and international relations, but this is not her only interest. She likes to interact with new people and establish collaborative relationships based on common interests and values, thanks to which we can bring added value to society and other members of our community. Thus, Impact Moldova's mission to improve the situation and support young people aligns perfectly with her vision.
