Besides the financial help our organization focuses on, we have decided to place our attention to guide young people in choosing their career, understanding their values and be in direct contact with people who “already made it”. For this, we have decided to launch “Impact&Mentor” – the project will help link young, enthusiastic students with successful people in working in a variety of fields. The goal is connect, learn and grow. The project will last two months, the mentor and the mentee will meet once every two weeks, we will monitor the progress and provide guidance as needed. We have selected a number of ten mentors and each mentor will have one or two mentees whom will guide, advice and help in having more clarity as for the career to pursue or how to succeed in a specific area.
