We establish mentorship initiatives that connect experienced professionals with young individuals that focus on academic, personal, and professional development.

Mentor & Impact

Our Mentorship Program, a platform for meaningful connections and valuable insights, has successfully completed two editions in September and November 2023, and we’re excited to continue this journey on a yearly basis.

 

Results:

In the past editions, we’ve witnessed incredible growth and learning opportunities, with 9 outstanding mentors and 11 enthusiastic students benefiting from the program. The exchange of experience and knowledge between mentors and mentees has been truly inspiring, contributing to personal and professional development in remarkable ways

Educational Financial Aid

We develop scholarship programs to support students with low-income backgrounds but lots of motivation 

You Study - We Pay

You Study – We Pay is an educational support program by Impact Moldova that helps motivated young people overcome financial barriers to education by covering expenses such as tuition fees, language courses, study materials, and professional development opportunities.
 
Results
• 20 young people supported (2021–2025)
• €10,330 invested in education
• Funding provided for tuition, courses, educational resources, and personal development programs
• Increased access to educational and career opportunities for beneficiaries across Moldova

Take a look, read a book

Take a Look, Read a Book is a literacy initiative by Impact Moldova that encourages children and young people to develop a love for reading by providing them with books and promoting learning through literature. The project supports curiosity, imagination, and personal growth while improving access to educational resources.
 
Results
• 20 pupils supported (2022–present)
• 100+ books distributed in total

• Personal home libraries created and enriched

• Strengthened reading habits and motivation for learning among young people

School come back with a new backpack

We prepared 8 pupils with financial needs from Falesti (Moldova) for their first day of school. This included buying for each of them a backpack and all the supplies for school.

 

Results:

We have collected an amount of 240 EUR and have bought all the necessary items for the 8 pupils in Falesti. Our volunteers went to the center, spent time with them and gave the backpacks with the school supplies. The best exchange was their smiles and heart full of gratitude.

Impactful events Charity Ball

Charity Ball Impact Moldova is an event that aims to raise financial support for the organization for future educational projects, while also providing the opportunity for people with the same values to meet and socialize. It is an event with speeches, auction, contests, music and dances.

January 2026

The 3rd Edition of the Impact Moldova Charity Ball took place on 24 January 2026 in Luxembourg, bringing together over 200 guests from across the Moldovan and Romanian diaspora as well as guests from all over the world for an elegant fundraising evening dedicated to supporting children’s education in Moldova. The event combined performances, networking, and a charity auction, all in support of children in vulnerable situations in Moldova.

 

Results:
Through the generosity of participants, the event raised approximately €7,790, which was directed toward educational support programs, such as PRODOCS, benefiting around 70 children in Moldova, including homework assistance, learning activities, and long-term development opportunities.

January 2025

On 25th of January 2025 “Impact Moldova” hosted the second edition of its annual Charity Ball. Over 100 people from Luxembourg gathered together for a noble cause: supporting the project “Access to Education and Culture through Modern and Attractive Libraries”.

 

Results:
As a result of the organizers’ efforts and the generosity of the participants, a total of over €5000 was collected. These funds were allocated to expanding the book collection, purchasing furniture, and equipping with the necessary technical equipment, 3 rural libraries from the Republic of Moldova: The Drăgănești Territorial Public Library in Singerei District, the School Library of Furceni Gymnasium in Orhei, and the Iezărenii Vechi Public Library in Singerei District.

December 2023

The first edition took place in December 2023, and based on the feedback from guests, we have decided that this project will be an annual event moving forward.

 

Results:

The number of people who attended the event was triple compared to our expectations. More than 100 people attended the event. The reviews were positive and we managed to raise a sum of 1000 EUR from the guests.
